Sales Negotiator – New Homes

£Negotiable + Bonus
Based: Essex / Herts

We require a sales, home negotiator who enjoys working on multiple development sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous New Homes sales experience to work on brand new developments across Hertfordshire and Essex. You will be responsible for the sales process from meeting and greeting through to completion.

Sales Negotiator Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Responding to queries via email and phone
  • Building the client database within the area
  • Support the beam by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors
  • Provide a professional, friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient attitude is maintained at all times when dealing with the public
  • Matching properties to applicants needs
  • Conducting viewings
    Negotiating and closing deals

Sales Negotiator Professional Competencies Required

  • Good IT skills
  • Strong industry and product knowledge
  • Previous New Homes sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

Salary: Negotiable
Bonus: Bonus scheme in place within company

This role will be based in Chelmsford but due to the nature of your work you will need a full UK driving licence and own/use of your own vehicle. All mileage will be reimbursed.
